If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?

Banning any word is not in my wheelhouse. I can choose not to use them but am against violating someone else’s rights to use whatever words they want. The audacity to suggest banning a word or series of words has the potential to only make people want to use it even more. May I introduce you to Adam and Eve & the forbidden fruit tree? In fact, I get quite annoyed (& probably eye roll too) every time we speak about banning something.

I think that we should focus on ourselves rather than trying to control others choices. In the south, we call that, “mind ya business” or “worry about your own self”. That’s exactly what I’ll continue to do.
